Outstanding Christmas episodes were delivered this week by The
Bold and the Beautiful. Amber finally scored a hit by saving Eric
and Stephanie’s lonely Christmas by calling Ridge and informing him
of the situation. It was great to see Ridge and Thorne come close
for their parent’s sake. Massimo and Nick rejecting Christmas was
very funny, they too fell for the Forrester Christmas spirit. Even
the Spectra gang joined in the celebrations. Everyone singing around
the piano reminds us what the holiday are all about: union,
happiness and family. The only thing missing were the Forrester
girls: Felicia and Kristen-well, one can’t have it all.
Could there be a possible Bridget-Ridge pairing in the works?
Both of them have proclaimed their inability to “fit in” and belong
anyplace. In one of those rare occasions Brooke admitted her flaws
as a mother and the damage her decisions may have had on Bridget.
Nick’s plan to expose Deacon to his mother failed. Deacon seems
to have true feelings towards Jacqueline. Thankfully Deacon and
Jackie had a happy holiday off-screen, these two have enough airtime
already. It was a good decision not to showcase for the special
holiday episodes.
Eric wants Ridge back at Forrester, although Ridge did not seem
too eager about it. Spectra is having financial troubles, Thorne’s
line did not sell as well as expected, however the ever creative
Sally has a plan to dethrone Forrester as fashion heavyweights.
Amber wants to have a child, although as Stephanie pointed out
Thomas is not ready to have a baby. Will this be the factor that
breaks them up completely?
Random Observation: The interaction between Nick and Hector could
blossom into a good friendship, as both are typical men thrown into
the world of glamour; Nick by Marone Industries and Jackie M.
Boutiques and Hector by Samantha.
