B&B Scoops and Spoilers
Carter finds out that Zoe won’t be returning, which hurts him because he does still care for her. He and Quinn can’t keep away from each other, though. Lawrence St. Victor (Carter) gives his take on what Carter’s going through right now.
Finn and Steffy get married. Someone mysterious – a woman – arrives at Eric’s house. Steffy finds out something that Finn’s been hiding about his past.
Ratings, week of 6/28: 2.04.
Jaida King, a real-life model, appears again as Carmen 7/30 at Forrester.
Ted King shows up 7/30 as Tanner’s father, Jack.
Eric (John McCook) crosses over to Y&R again 8/3.
Melody Thomas Scott’s (Nikki, Y&R) real life daughter Alexandra Yeaggy designed a wedding gown for Forrester Original on B&B. Scott’s husband, Yeaggy’s stepdad, Edward J. Scott is supervising producer on the show.
Kimberlin Brown (ex-Sheila)’s son, Nicholas, got married 6/26.
Despite the fact that Zoe isn’t coming back to L.A., it doesn’t affect Zende and Paris’ relationship. After seeing so much drama at the office, Zende asks Paris to keep things between them professional while they’re in the office. He’s a bit shocked when she tells him that she’s living with Finn and Steffy.
7/27 Steffy learns to see Finn in a new light. 7/28 When Steffy gives him great news, Finn is over the moon. 7/30 Finn and Steffy get a visit from Finn’s dad, Jack.
Eric and Quinn’s aborted vow renewal ceremony is this week’s Editor’s Choice for Best Storyline.
SOD poll results were shown for Most Iconic Soap Character. Brooke was the only B&B character mentioned. She came in last at 1%.
Six stars shared their favorite podcasts, TV shows, etc. including Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) and Heather Tom (Katie).
What Will Happen: Eric and Quinn have it out about their failed marriage. Brooke and Katie catch up and spend time together. Finn and Steffy have a good time planning their nuptials.
Rena Sofer (Quinn) is featured in the one-page “Take Five” interview.
Carter is relieved that the truth about him and Quinn has come out, but Eric insists that he handle the legal divorce between Eric and Quinn; and he also says that Carter has to stop seeing her. Carter and Quinn are drawn to each other, so it’s difficult.
Jack shows up unexpectedly to surprise his son, Finn. Finn and Steffy decide something important. Eric is stunned by what Quinn says about their divorce.
Ratings, week of 6/21: 1.96.

Naomi Matsuda plays Finn’s mom, a surgeon.
Finn wants to get married right away but Steffy turns him down. He thinks it has to do with Liam, but she tells him that she just wants to meet his parents first. He’s a bit worried about that.
7/20 Ridge hears from Brooke a business proposal for Forrester. 7/21 Someone unexpected invites Paris to something. 7/22 Wyatt demands that Quinn tell him why she’s acting so erratically.
The show is given a Thumbs Up! for the character of Paris, and how she’s faring now that Zoe is gone.
What Will Happen: Carter and Quinn share a moment that is “epic and defining.” They try to figure out what’s next for their relationship. Finn, Steffy and Hayes get a visit from Paris.
Aaron D. Spears (Justin) is featured in the short, one page, “Take Five” article.
Soap vet Ted King talks about joining the show as Tanner’s father, Jack Finnegan.
After Thomas fills Hope in on why Liam is innocent, she tries to break Thomas out of his cage. They rush to the police station to fill Baker in on what’s going on. He tells them that Liam is being moved to another facility. Unfortunately, Hope and Thomas have no proof of their story. Eventually, Thomas’ phone does show up, to exonerate Liam. In the meantime, Hope tries to create a distraction to stop Liam from being hauled away. Baker gets the evidence, so Liam and Hope have a big reunion. Liam has to agree to certain terms before he’s released, but then he finally gets his family back.
Ridge is surprised when Brooke comes up with a way to honor each other that is fun. Carter and Quinn give in to their feelings again. When Finn does something she didn’t expect, Steffy is caught off guard.
Ratings, week of 6/14: 1.91.
Devin Goda, who was a Price Is Right model and pro football player, plays a prison guard this week that interacts with Liam 7/12.
Carter offers to quit when his affair with Quinn is exposed, but Eric insists that he stay because he’s valuable (and also represent him in his divorce). Eric has had his heart ripped open by both Quinn and Carter. He gives Carter her portrait and tells him to leave.
7/14 Justin and Bill get into a fight over Justin’s takeover attempt of Spencer. 7/15 Bill tries to come to terms with what Justin has done. 7/16 Justin offers himself to Ridge as an ally.
Although the show is applauded for given Aaron D. Spears (Justin) more to do, the plot is given a Thumbs Down!
Actors are quizzed about their characters’ history, including Darin Brooks (Wyatt).
What Will Happen: Quinn and Carter have difficulty keeping their hands off each other. Liam is told by Hope that Thomas helped him get out of jail. Carter is told by Quinn about Eric’s conditions.
Diamond White (Paris) talks about Kiara Barnes (Zoe) leaving and how much she’ll miss her, as well as loving scenes she did with Katherine Kelly Lang. Zoe leaves July 6.
Hope gets suspicious of Thomas’ absence and the easy way that Justin explains it. She doesn’t buy that Justin just left town, especially without talking to her about Douglas. She gets more suspicious when she calls Thomas’ cell and it rings inside Justin’s office. Hope follows Justin sneakily and finds that he has Thomas locked up in the Spencer basement. Thomas tells her why he’s there and how Liam and Bill are innocent. She worries about when Justin will return.
Aaron D. Spears (Justin) talks about why Justin is trying to take over Spencer Publications and what’s going on in his mind.
Bill hears about Justin’s plan from Thomas. Eric asks Carter something shocking. Hope tries to get Liam out before it’s too late.
Ratings, week of 6/7: 1.93
Soap veteran Ted King joins the cast as Finn’s father 7/30. We’ll learn more about Finn’s past and family, which is described as “very dramatic.”
Li Finnegan plays Naomi Matsuda, Finn’s mother.
Gabriela Tranchina plays Justin’s frazzled assistant July 7.
After Brooke spills that it was Quinn, not Shauna, who had the affair with Carter, Paris rushes to tell Zoe what happened. Zoe is about to get on a plane for a business trip. Their chat is heart-breaking. Paris worries that Quinn will want revenge, but she knows she did the right thing.7/5 Quinn gets an earful from an angry Eric for her affair. 7/7 Wyatt is frustrated after speaking with Justin about what he has planned to get Liam and Bill out of jail. 7/9 Liam is upset when Baker tells him that he’s being sent to a permanent prison.
The show is given a Thumbs Up! for finally giving Carter a good story.
What Will Happen: Hope does something drastic. When Ridge asks Justin about where Thomas might be, Justin sweats. Thomas will suffer from Justin wanting revenge against Bill.
Brooke tells Quinn, just before she renews her vows with Eric, that she knows she’s up to something and will be watching her. Later, Brooke overhears Quinn begging Paris not to tell her secret. Brooke forces Paris to tell her what that is about. Brooke is sorry to upset Eric, but she has to tell him what happened behind his back. She interrupts the vow renewal.
Ridge gets to meet his new grandson, thanks to Finn and Steffy. Thomas tries to get away from Justin’s cage. Quinn gets what she deserves because of Brooke.
Ratings, week of 5/31: 1.46.
Christina Carlisi plays the midwife, Joanne, that helps deliver Steffy’s baby July 1. She previously helped Caroline deliver Douglas in 2016, with Ridge.
Kiara Barnes (Zoe) will last be seen July 6.
Soap vet John Gabriel (ex-Lloyd) passed away June 11 at age 90. He’s most known for playing Seneca on “Ryan’s Hope.”
Don Diamont (Bill) had to get a temporary restraining order against some man who’s been harrassing him and his family for months and even showed up at his house.
Donna is supportive for Katie, who’s having a hard time dealing with Bill being in prison. She confesses to her that she’s in love with Eric.
6/30 Steffy goes into labor. 7/1 Finn and Steffy’s baby boy is born.
Keith Carlos (Danny) is featured in a short article. He was also on Y&R for a day.
What Will Happen: Eric tries to keep Quinn and Brooke from fighting. Justin makes himself at home at the office, which Wyatt sees. Brooke tries to talk Eric out of renewing his vows with Quinn, which makes Quinn really angry.
